Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy can be an wonderfully exciting time in a woman’s life, experiencing all the changes that your body goes through as you nurture and get to know your baby and prepare to welcome them into the world.

Each pregnancy is unique and each can have its own challenges. The massage that I offer to my pregnant clients is tailored specifically to support you and your changing body, helping soothe any aches and pains and preparing you for the birth of your baby and beyond.

I’m fully trained and accredited for pregnancy massage therapies, having trained with teachers recognised as leaders in this field and achieving a distinction in my final assessments. All the massages I give to my pregnant clients are safe for both mum and baby, providing relief and support for the specific issues that many mums-to-be experience.

Pregnancy massage can help with;

  • Lower back and pelvic joint pain

  • Circulation problems

  • Mild swelling in the hands or ankles

This specialised massage can also help you connect with your baby and support your natural maternali instincts.

Bookings are available for a single massage or for a series of treatments as your pregnancy progresses.

I also offer labour preparation workshops helping mums-to-be and birth partners prepare for labour and building self confidence.  Workshops cover breathing techniques, positions for labour and massage that can all be buily into your birth plan as desired by you to achieve a positive birth experience.

I carry out my treatments in the comfort of your home and provide services to the South Wales area including Newport, Cardiff and Cwmbran.
